Introducing Tech Entry | Tekkabal


Tech, they say, is the new oil. Governments, large corporations and individuals are helping to build and perhaps rebuild the world. But we barely scratched the surface.

Starting in 2021, TechCabal will show the world that technology is in everything by reporting on the business and human impact on the continent through our stories, reports, events and newsletters.

We’ve sparked exciting conversations around this, and now we’re taking it a step further to show you how you, too, can join the technology revolution.

Today we’re excited to announce the launch of Entering Tech (ET), a new weekly newsletter that dives deeper into the various tech careers. ET, TechCabal Many Africans are asking, “How do I get into tech?” It helps them to find a place in our technology system by answering that frequent question. Anyone who reads Entering Tech will receive expert, practical, and easy-to-understand knowledge on how to start their tech career, pursue non-tech tech roles, and set themselves up for success.

You, your friends, and anyone else from any field who wants to know more about how “this tech thing” works comes to Tech Reader. Best part? We’re making you part of the process! Every week you’ll get a tech-career-related question and we’ll get you the answers.

The newspaper is published every Wednesday at 12 PM (WAT).
