KIM Kardashian has angered critics after one of her famous looks started trending online.

Fans didn’t like one of Kim’s latest style choices, which seemed to be catching on in the fashion world.
In an online thread, critics faulted the beauty mogul for popularizing her famous boots – boots paired with leggings or trousers – on fashion websites.
One social media user expressed his feelings about the alleged trend by sharing a picture of a model wearing the boots in an Instagram post.
The model rocked a pair of hot pink tights with strappy high heels and a light pink crop top to match.
The post also included another photo of the trending skirts in black.
The user disapproved of the look and blamed Kim for his popularity in their caption: “NO KIM LOOK WHAT YOU CAUSED.”
Others also disapproved of the new style, with one commenting: “Honestly, I feel like all of Kim’s weird looks just filter down to the bad guys on Instagram, reinforcing her free-spirited aesthetic.”
Another theorizes that Kim’s toned figure is why the style looks good on the TV star.
They wrote: “To me, they still look confusing, cheap and unflattering, but unless the widest part of your body is your hips, there’s no way you’re wearing these.”
A third didn’t believe the trend would last long, writing: “Ok, but I better believe no one is buying this. It’s a trend she’s failed to pull off as I’m sure thought he would.”
A fourth added: “Like the hammer pants, these too shall pass.”
Others thought the garment resembled the lower half of a “horse”.
THE FASHIONIST
Kim regularly dons the jackets as an A-list ambassador for Balenciaga, alongside other big names.
In her latest campaign for the fashion brand, she sported different looks with jacket bottoms.
The photos were shared on Balenciaga’s official Instagram page, including one of Kim rocking a baby blue dress.
The dress covered her arms and hands with sleeves and had large slits in the back, exposing her skin.
She teamed the ensemble with a black handbag and silver sunglasses, with her long platinum blonde hair slicked back.
The SKIMS founder put her backside on full display as she turned her back to the camera, peering over her shoulder.
The background was of a dark gray sky over a body of water, as the model gave the illusion that she was walking on water.
They captioned the shot: “Kim Winter Campaign 22.”
The company shared another photo showing Kim modeling another look from the winter line in a separate post.
The outfit was a yellow floral print dress that completely covered the TV star from her neck to her toes.
Kim wore a pair of black shades and carried a black bag with her hands on her hips.
The setting was a much different scene from her previous photo, showing the beauty mogul standing in a snowy wooded area surrounded by trees.
They shared the same title as the previous post.
Kim also modeled a pair of boots while walking in Balenciaga’s Haute Couture show at Paris Fashion Week in July.
MAKING A STATEMENT
The bold clothing statements have given fans a taste of Kim’s style in addition to ex Kanye West, who was the mastermind behind many of her outfits during their relationship.
Kim filed for divorce from the rapper in February 2021 after nearly seven years of marriage.
The former partners share four children: North, nine; Saint, six; Chicago, four; and Psalm, three.
Last week, Kanye, 45, attacked Kim in a social media rant over his disapproval of their children’s private school.
The blow-up was rumored to have been sparked by an alleged date Kim had with ex Pete Davidson, 28, who Kanye previously accused of “destroying their family”.
Kim and Pete split early last month after nine months of dating.
