Clowers has 16 years of service at the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System, most recently serving as the system’s vice president of ambulatory services. She served in various capacities at Our Lady of Lourdes Health, starting as Vice President of Finance/Controller before moving to CFO and eventually Interim Market President.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting and her master’s degree in business administration from Louisiana Tech University.

Collins has served as NPC’s facilities manager since 2004, coordinating day-to-day operations and management, operations personnel and contracted services.

Bourgeois sees patients at an obstetrics and gynecology clinic and Sugarman cares for patients at Baton Rouge Family Medical Center.

Bourgeois earned her medical degree from American Caribbean School of Medicine and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Women’s Hospital in Baton Rouge, LSU Health Sciences Center.

Sugarman earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of California and a medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. He completed his residency in family medicine at Baton Rouge General, where he served as chief resident.

Dr. Pratipa Santhanam Joined the group of suppliers Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Health.

Santhanam is a pediatric gastroenterologist who treats patients with a variety of conditions including abdominal pain, constipation, nausea, vomiting, eosinophilic esophagitis and inflammatory bowel disease.

She received her bachelor’s degree in biology, physics and chemistry from Anglo-China Junior College and her doctorate from PSG Medical Science and Research Institute. She also completed her pediatric residency at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center and an ACGME Fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology at the University of North Carolina.
