Hirex.ai does not provide a voice AI platform to autonomously conduct and score level one interviews.
Unlike existing evaluation platforms, hirex.ai allows
- Talent Acquisition Teams (TAG) to conduct and score technical interviews without any intervention.
- TAG teams can conduct Phase One interviews within 24 hours for every candidate applying for a job.
- Job seekers can take these interviews at their convenience with no interview schedule.
