The School of Business and Leadership publishes the first proceedings of the Regents Research Roundtables

Virginia Beach, VA (October 17, 2022) – Regent University’s School of Business and Leadership has made the proceedings of the 2021 Regent Research Roundtables available online for students, alumni and industry professionals.

The Proceedings of the Regent Research Roundtables is a new forum for scholars to present rigorous empirical research to a trusted group of thought-leaders. The experts then examine the concepts, analyze them and provide invaluable feedback to advance the work.

Proceedings represent the presentations given at the Business and Leadership annual roundtables, featuring the work of students and scholars from around the world. The School of Business and Leadership has hosted this event for the past 19 years and this year hosted 9 roundtables, including Biblical Perspectives, Global Consulting, Human Resource Development, Kingdom Business, Professional Coaching, Servant Leadership, Strategic Foresight, Transformational Innovation and The new round table is the added sequel.

“This tool connects Regent’s scholars with high-level industry leaders to help them discover new ideas,” said Dr. Kathleen Patterson, director of the Strategic Leadership Program at Regent University. “Hearing a new idea is priceless because it can change your mind or motivate you to strengthen your existing position.”

Dr. Patterson shares the title of editor on this project with Regent’s PhD Director, Dr. Bruce E. Winston. program in organizational leadership. Dr. Winston and Patterson also co-chaired the 2022 Research Roundtable.

Content currently under review explores how servant leadership, human resources development, strategic foresight, and global consulting impact areas such as faith-based organizations, community racism, conflict management, leading in a post-pandemic world, and more.
