Best bluetooth As we’ve seen better (and more portable) smart speakers enter the universe, speakers still hold a place near and dear to our hearts.
Asking an Amazon Echo or Google Nest speaker to play your favorite track or tell you the weather is fun and easy, but smart speakers have a few kinks — first and foremost, stable Wi-Fi. By (mostly) ditching voice assistants and Wi-Fi radios, Bluetooth speakers gain portability to venture outside your home and withstand rugged conditions like a sandy beach or a steamy airplane jacuzzi. They also work with any smartphone and sound just as good as their smart-speaker counterparts.
We’ve tested hundreds of models over the past few years, and we’re happy to say they’re still some of the best little instruments you’ll ever listen to. Here are our favorites for now.
