Bollywood fans received the shock of their lives on Friday when Paresh Rawal confirmed that Kartik Aaryan would be a part of the third instalment of the Hera Pheri franchise. While an official confirmation about the Freddy actor replacing Akshay Kumar as Raju is yet to be made, speculations are rife that Akshay, who was looking forward to making Hera Pheri 3, Welcome 3, and Awara Paagal Deewana 3, has backed out of the projects because he didn’t agree with the scripts.
One fan wrote, “This is not just a movie,they are not just characters, they are emotions since the childhood…… This should not be ruined.” Another wrote, “Just heard that Kartik Aaryan is in `Hera Pheri 3’ Movie and got disappointed after hearing the news. Produced by Balaji Telefilms, NH Studioz, and Northern Lights Films, Freddy will stream on Disney+ Hotstar from December 2, 2022.
