ALABASTER, Ala. (WBRC) – Labor shortages can be tough for any business. On top of that, inflation and inflation can be even more severe.

Copper Rail, a local restaurant in Alabaster, celebrated their one year anniversary. As a small and new business, especially when they want to attract more employees, they face some problems.

Now, they are in a good position to find two or more employees to help out in front of the restaurant and kitchen.

Money can also be a struggle, but they know where their money is going and cut costs where they need to, while maintaining high quality service.

It can be difficult to run a business without the maximum number of employees, said owner Dakota Stone.

“You’ve got to give 110% constantly, as hard as you can, as fast as you can,” Stone said. “It’s hard to take a step back and take a deep breath. For a while none of our staff had a day off – thankfully that has changed since then.

Stone said they have a very healthy work environment and are looking for more employees with positive attitudes to add to their team.
