I thought, knowing how the industry works. That’s what he said. Alexander’s comments are part of a pull for Friday’s headlines. It’s a tribute to Jefferson that Alexander, who didn’t get that many games, mentions the NFL’s top receivers by saying his name, like Davante Adams. Jefferson is one of the game’s best. Unfortunately for the prices, you’re going to be dealing with it for a very long time. Alexander plays a big role in big games. It will be an interesting match to watch.
As I sat at Lincoln Financial Field a few weeks ago, watching the Packers blow a 14-0 lead against the best team in the NFC, I thought to myself that I could figure out who this team is for the next three quarters, and I did. They started pushing an arrow pointing straight down to a slightly more comfortable position and continued ever since. Let’s hope it continues this weekend at Lambeau Field.
The Packers have a long way to go to make a postseason push, but I find it interesting that this potential run starts in Philadelphia — just like in 2016. Now, the Packers didn’t win this year’s matchup with the Eagles, but they came out a different team. That’s when Green Bay was able to get out. They chose not to be and here we are.
In the first game, the Packers had no defensive strategy for Jefferson. Has DC learned from this mistake?
hope so. Packers coaches and players recognize their Week 1 weakness. Honestly, the defense has played pretty good ball since Philly. Jefferson is about to find his catch. He’s been one of the league’s biggest players for the past month and is a big reason the Vikings are 12-3. The riders cannot give him free throws and space to run on the field. More than matches, I think that’s what went wrong with the opening. Jaylen Waddle and Tyreek Hill were good tests last week in Miami, and hopefully Green Bay’s second-half performance against those two elite receivers will carry over into this one.

Congratulations to Aaron Jones for making the Packers all-time rushing leader list. He and AJ Dillon are a good one-two punch. Can Jones stay healthy to get us into the playoffs?
This is based on the ankle. He had some problems in the second half of the year. Jones only touched the ball eight times in 25 games at Miami. The Packers would do well to double those figures on Sunday. In eight games with Minnesota, Jones rushed for 587 yards and 108 carries (5.4 yards per carry). He rushed for 412 yards and four TDs on 70 carries (5.9 ypc) in the four wins. Has 175 yards and one TD on 38 carries (4.6 ypc) in losses. So tell me how important Jones is to this offense.

I was surprised to see 1,000 yards from scrimmage duos not including Edgar Bennett-Dorsey Levens. They never proved that, but they were great back there. To my question, does Cliff have a piece on the Goldenberg buckets in the 30’s and 40’s? Buckets was my uncle’s friend.
Bennett and Levens were a very effective running back for the Packers, but they only had one Super Bowl XXXI season together. Bennett tore his Achilles the next year and went to Chicago, but Levens didn’t come into his own until that 1997 campaign. Also, here Entrance to the cliff at Goldenberg.

I expected nothing less from the NFL. That’s the league’s MO emphasis on calling the actual play on the field.

Matt LaFleur was asked that exact question on Friday. Packers know what’s at stake here and act accordingly. The team also has a full working day on Saturday. I doubt that many men make it to midnight.
If we were to give the best score to both groups based on health, which group and why? Which team will have more preferred starters in Sunday’s lineup?
I’d say the Vikings have the edge there. Minnesota has 10 men on IR, but only four players listed on the injury report. This will be Austin Schlottman’s fourth straight start at center for Garrett Bradbury.

David from El Segundo said he wants a bomb for Christian Watson in Sunday’s first offensive game. As surprising as that would be (if it worked), if the coaches were trying to be nice, I think Watson would run that route as a scam when the intended focus of the game is elsewhere. ML and AR can always turn two or three with a deep drive to Watson. I can’t wait to find out!
I just want to see Watson on the field. This isn’t the same No. 9 the Vikings faced in September — and that was great. Patrick Peterson has had a great year since burning from the line at US Bank Stadium. Watson has made rookie mistakes, but it’s a different offense when the Packers are on the field.
