Japanese electronics company Kyocera says it helps remote workers connect with office-based colleagues, reduce stress, foster hybrid relationships and even casually chat with coworkers.

The Kyoto-based tech giant said: “Remote workers find it difficult to participate in regular office conversations, which can lead to them being ignored by their colleagues when they meet in person.

“Similarly, on-site colleagues may feel alienated from remote workers who miss important social cues in conversation.
